Gulbarga: Popular Front cadres help poor to celebrate Eid Ul Fitr

Gulbarga: Popular Front of India, Gulbarga district unit, organized EID-KIT Distribution program in various parts of the district on 31st August 2011.
The cadres of the organization executed the program with three phases. First they identified the needy people of the city and issued tokens (for identity) for them and secondly they collected fitr zakath from the Muslim community and prepared eid kits, contained rice,sugar,ghee,oil,"seviyan",and dry fruits. In third phase distribution works were done.
Shahid Naseer, the district president of Popular Front of India, said that 627 kits were distributed among the poor people in the district.
The Distribution programs held at Shahabad town, Jewargi town Gulbarga district office, Qaudree chowk and in other places of the district.
Shaheed Nasir, on behalf of the organization, thanked all the people involved in the program and conveyed Eid Wishes for the community.
