Popular Front demands immediate action against hate speakers

Expressing deep concern over the rising hate mongering unleashed by BJP mps, Popular Front Gulbarga Dist President Syed Zakir in his statement condemned their remarks and demanded immediate action against fanatic politicians like Yogi Adithya Nath and Sakshi Maharaj. Both the statements are intended to create communal divide before upcoming by- elections in Uttar Pradesh. This type of verbal attacks on Muslim community and their religious institutions is becoming common ever since NDA government came to power.

Shahid naseer state executive council member Karnataka strongly condemned Union Minister for Women and Child development Minster Menaka Gandhi’s “strange invention” that animal slaughter leads to terrorism. By the statement she indirectly targeted Muslim community. He called the accusations illogical and laughable. It is also absurd for Ms Gandhi to talk like this when her own government is ruling the country.

Maulana  Maddrassas are involved activities damaging to our National interests and the functioning of Maddrassas all over the country is open to any kind of scrutiny. While it is not a custom in our country to hoist national flags and singing national anthem in any religious institutions, targeting only Maddrassas is obviously politically motivated.

Mohammed mohsin district general sec popular front Gulbarga called for the immediate intervention of Election Commission as well as Central and State governments to end the hate speeches. He further demanded that the use of the word “Love Jihad” be criminalized and control anti-Muslim outfits who work under the pretext of fighting “Love-Jihad” and so called “forced conversion”.
