Yadgir, monday 9 jan:- In condemnation of ramsene's hoisting of pakistani flag in sindgi Tahsildar office and manhandling of tahsildar and creating communal tensions and destruction of state properties ,Popular Front of India Yadgir district's Shahpur unit staged a protest and and submitted a memorandum to giverner and union govt thru tahsildar ,this protest was largely attended by people of shahpur,and they univocally condemned sangh parivar for its anti Indian policies.MD MEHBOOB district convener Popular Front of India Yadgir, km pasha Shahpur ASSEMBLY president SDPI, Sayyed Ishaq hussain. Kareem patel,nazir gogi were also present at the occasion. The people gathered ,demanded the govt of karnatak to take strict action on culprits ,ban the Ramsene, and put riens on Other Sangh Parivar.

Centre’s Teachers’ Day directive to schools unacceptable: Popular Front

New Delhi: Popular Front of India General Secretary OMA Salam in a statement condemned the Centre’s new directive to make arrangements to web cast nationally an interactive session of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is going to address students at Manekshaw Stadium, New Delhi, on the Teachers’ Day. It is strange that Centre has even demanded the attendance report from schools of all the states. Taking a cue from the Centre’s directive even some Congress ruled states Kerala have issued circular to schools for forcing the students to attend the programme. On the day students will have to stay at schools longer than regular days since the programme begins at 3 pm. This undemocratic move is an interference with federal structure of the country. Though Education is on the concurrent list, it is mostly a state responsibility and it is the states that take decisions on such matters.
